The ball that made Barry Bonds the home-run king ended up in the hands of a guy from Queens.
And he's a Mets fan, to boot.
QUEENS FAN IS BARRY LUCKY

Back in New York:
POLS GET BEST SEATS IN HOUSE
By BILL SANDERSON, NY POST
The Mets and the Yankees will make sure city officials have a special place to root for the home teams in the new ballparks expected to open in 2009.
The Mets' Citi Field and the new Yankee Stadium will both set aside a luxury box for their use, a Parks Department spokesman said yesterday.
The city has long had a luxury box in Shea Stadium. City officials don't have one at the current Yankee Stadium, where a lack of luxury boxes was a big reason the team wanted a new stadium.
Mets fan: When Barry is indicted this Fall, that ball won't be worth dip.
Pols: Shame on you for sitting in luxury boxes while most of your constituents can't afford the admission price.

Bonds broke the homerun record by cheating and lying. Perhaps when he retires he should get into politics. He has the right characteristics for it.
Barry may or may not have doped, but they almost all do it. Bonds is unpopular because he doesn't play nice with condescending journalists (McGuire and Sosa are juiced too).
But, QUEENS IS In THE HOUSE
Aaron and Ruth didn't.
Sports on steroids !
The great American pass time !
I'll pass on this pastime, till the players clean up their act and get off the dope.
