Crappy on Racked

Racked is an offshoot of Curbed and focuses on retail. I had a fleeting moment as a guest blogger there today. While I think the adaptive reuse of this formerly decrepit factory is a big plus, traffic at the intersection is gonna be even more of a bitch than it is now. Hopefully, they'll be a way to better utilize the u-turn underneath the bridge over the railroad to lighten the burden.

Trader Joensing: TJ's Queens Moving Right Along

(One note on the post: does the word "Hurrah" sound like something I'd say?)

You know, I was convinced that I saw you the other day not far from this site. I couldn't wait to find out what the story was going to be.

Jackson Heights at 73 Street and 37th Avenue is completely congested with out of area buyers going to the grocery stores purchasing bulk items.

Right now a developer is gathering permits intending to build a six story building on the corner.

Just look at 73 Street between 37th And Roosevelt Avenues -- it's a polluted ocean of grafitti graphics.

We're going down the drain and who stands up to the politicos who pander to the business interests. After all, the business interests give large donations to campaigns.

All individuals can do is find an ethical -- is there one -- member of the community who is willing to run and unseat the incumbent

That's interesting considering the photo was taken last month and not by me.

Guess it wasn't you. I thought I had the inside scoop that there was going to be a story.

Why have you become such a hater Mr. Crapper? QC really slammed you the other day and I think they're right. Not all that goes up in Queens is bad, and this is just an example of something good. If you don't want traffic, move to Poughkeepsie.

Where did I say this was a bad development project? I said I was happy with it. The fact is it will have an adverse effect on traffic and that intersection sucks as it is. Merely made a prediction.

Talking about Queens Central? Because all I see are the same idiot posters making comments. The actual post is not derogatory at all.

Well duh, Mr. Crapper. With retail activity comes traffic. You're complaining once again and hence you've become a hater. I've stopped reading your crap as it is obsessively negative and only come across what you say through other sites. You should be less "Star and Buc Wild" (look where they are) and more "Brownstoner and OuterB".

I offered a solution to the traffic problem and you accuse me of hate? Go back to anonymous commenting on Curbed.
