what about the chinese dollar vans in Elmhurst? they are reckless and pick up passengers right in the middle of an intersection, blow the horn several times among other nuisances.

hopefully they'll take the illegal vans off the streets so that the law-abiding, respectful legal vans can provide this vital service.
The vans (many are american made) are at least more legal than the occupants!!!
