yup, in Queens its legal.
If he was an illegal gay whose was not treated fairly you could we sure harpy Chrissy Quinn would be wasting media's time bitching about it.
Name names - WHY didn't the media go to the electeds and community board to gauge their reaction?
Same thing happened in College Point a few years ago.
What is he complaining about? If this was Dutch Kills there would be a 10 story hotel 5 feet from his house.

NY is a real funny place.
People go apeshit over biking on commerical streets and eating truck exhaust,
loitering day laborers learing at young ladies is perfectly acceptable,
young people go wild over the chance to pull shopping carts out of a waterfront that is 85% controlled by developers,
and transgendered Pacific Islander teens warrant subway ads,
but no one, absolutly no one, gives two shits about this abuse that is epidemic throughout our city.
There is no excuse for this.
All builders and developers should rot in hell. They are the most useless scum of the earth.
The builders and their ilk are a bit like bacteria.
Don't blame them - its their nature to do those things .... they fester because the politicians are their enablers - and you dear public for giving the politicians a free pass.
