Now comes word that they are still in business, just under a different name. From Why Leave Astoria?

Just wanted to add a note to this chain that Evan's Corner appears to have changed its name to Eres Estates. They have a new sign out front, but it's all the same staff and management. Just in case anyone is searching for info on Evan's Corner or Eres Estates, hopefully they'll find this.
