Can't read Duane Reade's sign

Yesterday we visited Rite Aid. Today, Duane Reade on Grand Avenue. Perhaps it's time for a new sign. Maybe you can clean that parking lot once in awhile, too...

Phony Tony Como's only accomplishment while in office for nearly 8 months supposedly was the arrest of a graffiti vandal. Apparently, he did not do a good job with that either. If this were near one of his friends place of business or house it would be cleaned up immediately.

That’s Phony Tony Como for you: always phony all the time.

Nice, bring in another school and you'll see a hell lot more of this. "VOTE NO" TO A SCHOOL in our community. everyone should go to the city council meeting on wednesday and demand that we don't get dumped on anymore.

If I recall correctly a few years ago the Duane Reade parking lot in Maspeth was being used as a drug hangout. People were injecting themselves then throwing out the needle in the parking lot. When your jonesing so bad for your fix you get your needle do you stuff and move on. They were buying either the drugs or getting the needles in the immediate vicinity.

A real contribution to the community. Maybe that parking lot is a good candidate for re-development.

A kennel for junkyard dogs anyone?

This blog is about graffiti not the school.

NYC, itself is becoming a kennel for illegal immigrants.

High schools have to be somewhere. We will be at the mercy of ignoramuses when we are old and grey so we may as well support schools, libraries and museums so that our future workers are employable and competent at their jobs.

our community through the 104 yes i said it the 104 has tried in the past to clean up this mess. maybe the store should call them and see if they are still doing clean ups or how about this to the store manager get outside and clean it up. if you keep on top of it, it will just go away. when we see crap like this our neighbors go outside with paint and clean it up. again the stores on grand don't clean the sidewalks why would they want to clean a signs????? the city should go after these stores and fine them.
