DOB forces limo company to remove parking pad

The situation over at 89-51 Metropolitan Avenue, has improved slightly. The DOB fined the owner of the house where Ecstasy Limo is located and has forced him to remove the illegal parking pad in front of their office. No more parking on the front lawn.

Anyone know if they can get away with this in a R5B zone? I see this complaint was in an R4-1. I was wondering what the limits were. I would like to file some reports myself.

He'll just go back to parking IN the gate of the Chase Parking lot across the Street. He parks IN the gate so the Bank can't lock the gate. He's a lowlife

Or he'll take up 4 spots on Aubrey Avenue like he always does. Then gets nasty when asked to move up a little.

I heard you can get away with parking he did by not poring concrete but by laying pavers
instead. Her in North Flushing and Bayside I see more and more illegal curb cuts and paving. You then see cars parked under the living room window.

a rare victory

Pavers will get you a fine also. They will fine you for putting down more then 200sq Ft of any "non porous" surface over what was dirt if you did it without a permit. Even if you left it dirt, you still cant park a car in your front yard...

That's still plenty of sq.ft. to park a car at night when the DOB is not working. On 39th Ave. and 205th St. check out the cars being parked at night on "lawns".

Ecstasy limo is run by violent, criminal dirtbags. They were forced to move to 8943 metropolitan avenue and now they just park illegally there. Worst of all, they now harass their new unfortunate neighbor.
