Every time I hear RKO Keiths I think of Tommy Huang ("piece of Queenscrap"). Can anyone tell me why we have not heard anything from the DOB, DOI or D.A. about that fatal collapse on Queens Blvd.

Was there a payoff to the injured parties? There have been no personal injury lawsuits filed. Is it realistic to believe that the families of the deceased and injured parties just went away without getting paid. That is not remotely realistic. Even illegal immigrants are entitled to their day in court to recover for harm done to them by the likes of the Huangs. If you recall, the woman that is the mother of the deceased young man -- wanted Tommy Huang nailed to a crucifix.

What happened? Can we guess?

Can you say, payoff?

I hope that Michael Nussbaum, whom the news media has often referred to as "Donald Manes' bag man"...who in turn is "representing" the owner Patrick Thompson...tells him to secure the front entrance.

Thank you "Queens Crap" for posting this for all to see.

If you "Google" him...Thompson appears to be a rather light weight developer with only about 3 buildings in Manhattan to his credit.

Hasn't Nussbaum already stated that they're waiting for overseas investors to begin the Keith's project?

Might Thompson actually be just a front man for a foreign developer?

Obviously, Thompson is the front man for Sam Suzuki, one of the the most notorious NYC slumlords. They both have the same address at 15 W. 39th Street.

Thanks, "Flushing Phantom",
for forwarding this material to "Queens Crap".

Thank you too "Crappy",
for putting it up.

BINGO, once again!

Sam Suzuki gave money to embattled NYC Comptroller John Liu's campaign when he ran for city council!

What a shady little daisy chain!

One thing for sure...
if Mike "Nussie" Nussbaum is involved...it's an Asian developer for sure that's hiding behind their "White boy" Thompson.

You never know...could Tommy Huang's family still be in the picture show?

This is a Chinese puzzle just waiting to be solved.

But isn't Sam Suzuki in jail?

Enlighten us please if this is so.

Suzuki built those infill structures adjacent to the Bowne House that have been vacant for over a decade because they can't get a certificate of occupancy.

They violate FDNY code.

Juicy, juicy, juicy stuff here!

C'mon you federal guys 'n gals...
there are some more dots to be connected here to the John Liu case.

Open up this can and Nussbaum might finally serve the jail term he skipped on a technicality when he was tied to Donald Manes.

Maybe the Queens Trib's silent owner, Congressman Ackerman, will finally take his long awaited fall!

There's a lot of meat here for the FBI to chew on and a lot more fish to be caught.

Drag your federal net through local Asiatic waters and see what you pull up.

And maybe ol' "granny" Shulman will live long enough to spend her remaining years in a federal lock up.

Claire,
your pale complexion will gain some color wearing prison orange.

And let's not forget that John Liu is Tommy Huang's cousin!

How's your "Shanghai Nights Ltd." entertainment business going Mr. Nussbaum?

Does Ackerman and Schenkler have a piece of the action?

Rub-a-dub-dub, 3 men in a tub!

Maybe the Keith's needs to be put out of its misery already.

Or maybe Flushing needs to be put out of the miserable suffering its undergone from Oriental swindlers and their associates for the last 3 decades.

Could some of these Asiatic swindler's partners be publishing a weekly newspaper?

The Queens Tribune certainly runs a lot of Asian massage parlor (whore house?) ads.

Hey Chuck didn't Thompson use your shop for it's printing? You know he did.

What a waste of time! as usual, BSA will grant the developers everything they need!

Anonymous said...

Don't waste your time anymore. Xien investors plans to turn this into a giant Catering Hall. The del is all but done. All politicians have already been paid off.

Anonymous said...

Maybe the Huangs and the Liu's have decided to go into the catering business. Halloran can probably help them with that.

This way the kids can get out of the development/construction business.

Stranger things have happened.

I'll bet that CB# 7's "follow the buck" Chuck has got a piece of whatever is going on.

He put on a good public show... objecting to increased traffic congestion caused by the project's size at the community board's public hearing.

But when the door to the back room closes...well, that's another story.

"Presstone Printing" located in Long Island city....
is that Chuck's company?

Getting lucrative printing contracts from developers and NYC is the closest thing that "follow the buck" Chuck can get to printing his own money!

That shady TOO-LONGTIME CB# 7
board member needs to be bounced!

If Flushing looks like crap...remember it all happened under CB# 7's watch!

How many printing jobs did Chuck Apelian get from his neighbor across the cul-de-sac, John Liu?

Everytime I hear of RKO Keths I think of Tommy Huang; and everytime I hear of Tommy Huang I think of John Liu; and everytime I hear of John Liu I think of CB7 Queens; and everytime I hear of CB7 Queens I think of Gene Kelty (Chief), Chuck the buck Apelian and Marilyn Bitterman and on and on and on! Whew!

Actually,
the BSA hasn't given the owner Patrick Thompson his final OK yet.

I attended the hearing yesterday.

There will be another hearing.

And they're still shopping for investors in the project.
