No happy new year for Richmond Hill men

From the Daily News:

Two men were shot - one fatally - in a booze-fueled argument at card game in Queens early Wednesday, police said.

Officers responding at 12:50 a.m. to a Richmond Hill building on 135th St. found a 35-year-old man shot in the head. An EMS crew pronounced him dead at the scene.

The other victim, also 35, was shot in the hip and suffered a graze wound to the face. He was in stable condition at Jamaica Hospital.

The shooting took place inside what appears to be a vacant storefront that has been converted into a neighborhood hangout, sources said.

The gunman is still being sought.

No surprise this is Richmond Hill. Apart from running medicare/medicaid scams and mortgage fraud there's not much else to do but shoot people. Screw them.

The picture in the story is fake. It does not show the PD squad car as being stuck in mounds of snow or any snow for that matter.

What else can you expect from this little Guyana neighborhood except wayward goats escaping the nearby slaughter houses?

Little Guyana -Big crime rate.

Once was a nice neighborhood but much like the rest of NYC is turning into a dump. Is Jahns ice cream parlor still there? Get outta NYC while you still can, next stop the 3rd world, have you seen Flushing?? YUCK!!

Little Guyana is ground zero for illegal conversions. No way the housing stock there legally houses the number of residents Guyanese say live there.

Guyanese love arriving here and boy did we let then all in under Clinton Gore. Section 8, food stamps, unemployment insurance, welfare - these are the gold found on the streets of America, especially in NYC! Yahoo, we can also (some of us) thank Allah that we can broaden our base with government support for our single mothers with many kids and be fully covered with medical visits at our local emergency room at Jamaica Hospital! Citizenship anyone?

What's wrong with Flushing? I love authentic asian food. I have friends who love going to Flushing.

I hope I ate your cat or dog.

Yeah, I'm sure that's what they said when the Italians and Irish came to here. Anybody got problems with all the pubs and smoking drunks hanging around the pubs on the weekends? (sarcasm)
