Jersey crap owners pissed at developer

Owners of some townhouses in North Bergen, N.J., that enjoy an amazing view of the New York Skyline across the Hudson River have suffered a setback in their fight against a developer that plans to build three 95-foot-high towers along the river.
An appeals court rejected the Bergen Ridge Homeowners Association's request for an administrative law hearing into developer's proposal.
The homeowners say the proposed towers would block their beautiful views as well as lower their property values.
But the court ruled that the association does not have the right to request a hearing.

views aren't guaranteed.
C'est la vie! They probably had a good run-- at least 10 years or more of the view, right? I'm sure half these people can't sell their place anyway, view or not. Upside down; crappy economy; etc. etc.
So, move across the street into the new high rises.
It would be interesting to see if there's a easement or something in the property deeds that gives them "the right" to that view.
