Actually, it was originally listed at $8 million, but who's counting?

blockshopper indicates that Yan Wang & Dajun Zhang purchased the home on 12/18/09 and I'm guessing they are either developers or investors given the other homes in there names.

On the market 15 weeks? It's been on at least two years. Maybe more. This thing has to be seen to be believed. You have to get a side view to appreciate how ridiculous it is.
But is has a great view of a multistory apartment building right behind it.
I don't know what the square footage is of this thing, but it could easily become a multi-family dwelling. Let's keep an eye on that.
