Leviton leaving Little Neck?

"Hi, Crappy!

I don't know if this is on your radar or not, but you might be
interested. A company source tells me that Leviton Manufacturing is
moving out of its Little Neck Parkway headquarters site. They are
moving to a presumably more compact site in Melville.

If the economy wasn't circling the drain, I would expect developers to
be salivating over this parcel. Have you heard anything yet? Like
all those Dear-Abby/Dear-Ann letters, please sign me:

PS: I love your blog, and never miss it! <3 :)"

Another manufacturer leaving the city. But Bloomberg sez he's helping small businesses. Throw that liar out of office!

ahhh, Little Neck, the forgotten neighborhood. Where streets are last to be plowed and cops never to be seen patrolling.
DOT, however, would love how it is dominated by cyclists who think they own the roads.
