My ceiling came down and buildings department couldn't bother to show. Construction in the apartment above me brought down 100 pound slabs of masonery onto my television, dining room table and knick-knack shelves. It looked like the fire-bombing of Dresden. Perhaps they should share their bribe-money with me so I can buy new furnishings.

Lazy ass inspector probably never bothered to show up... although then I question what looks like a violation tucked behind the sign.

There should be a new catagory of crime: developers.
