Here we have an update on the November 2007 QC post entitled, "At Least There Are Banks Nearby". Can't wait to see who decides that buying here is a good idea. How much is the factory view vs. the graveyard view?

This place had a sign reading "Occupancy Summer 2007" in '06. I don't think they even had the foundation done by that time.
