Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap
"The difference between dishonest and honest graft: for dishonest graft one worked solely for one's own interests, while for honest graft one pursued the interests of one's party, one's state, and one's personal interests all together." - George Washington Plunkitt

Ahh...
'your webmaster' has been hard at work.
A treasure trove found!
"That's some stately home" (a developer salivates)......
"I could cram at least 50 Mexicans in there" !
"Nah.....I don't need to worry about the creation
of an historic district here.....
the Vallones and CB#1 are on my side"!

These boys know how to dodge an issue like a politician (hmmm!)
No, every neighborhood you find hot-head todies for the developers.
In Astoria, the general apathy of the public seems to be a problem.
Coupled with the overdevelopment those yos want, it doesn not auger well for that community's future.
Its a poor investment for anyone's money.
It's amazing that theses gracious buildings
still exist in ASS-toria....
which is quickly becoming the rectum of Queens!
