Crowley moving office to Atlas Park

From the Daily News:

The struggling Atlas Park Mall has lured in several new tenants, including City Councilwoman Elizabeth Crowley, the Daily News has learned.

Next Friday, Crowley will move her district office from Dry Harbor Road in Middle Village to the Glendale shopping center, less than a mile away.

“Our new community office provides a larger and more centrally located space that will help my staff and I better serve the people of the 30th District,” Crowley said in a statement.

Constituents visiting the office will get an hour of free parking. And aides said the 1,267 sq. ft. office is a larger and more cost-efficient space.

The move is also a show of faith in the mall which has grappled to find its footing in the neighborhood and the retail market.

perfect, the illusory councilwoman is moving to the illusory luxury mall. That place is a joke,it's the financial black hole of middle village.

I am sure she is moving there so she has full time security to make sure her office doesn't get tagged like her last one.

will she use the blue or purple bus to move there?

As bad as Atlas is, it still has better shopping than Dry Harbor Road I guess...

She has some nerve moving away from her voting constituents in St. John's cemetery.

The graffiti is classier in Atlas Park compared to Dry Harbor Road.

The people in Middle Village applaud the move. The air just got a little cleaner and fresher.

I suppose she we be busy decorating and will not be able to attend the CB5 meeting on Thursday nite at Christ the King about the homeless factory in Glendale. You know, the one she said would not happen when she was a campaigning.

Yikes! Doesn't CM Crowley have a grammar-checker on staff?
