Some other rapists we should mention are Tommy Huang, Wellington Chen (TDC), CB#7, ...oops..I forgot Claire and Toby too.

After all, you don't need a dick to f--k Flushing!

Did I leave anybody else out?

"Why can't we castrate these animals?"

Because you vote Democratic.

That's right! Republicans WOULD castrate. I forgot.

Probably not. That's why many times I don't vote Republican.

If it was up to me ALL convicted sex offenders would be castrated....after they were raped in jail in the same manner that they raped their own victims.

THAT's justice.

You have heard that it was said, "An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth". But I tell you, DO NOT RESIST AN EVIL PERSON. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

Don't even bother looking for this guy.

He's already back in Equador or Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic or Columbia, etc,....

He's long gone by now.

23rd Street is indeed in Astoria. I grew up on 23rd Street and 23rd Avenue. So far as the quote from the bible goes, it also says:

"It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones." Luke 17:2 King James.

he'll never be caught because there's no record of him, so no need to run back to his country.
