She noted that the agency is recruiting local youths for its “Green Teens” program, a volunteer initiative whereby participants help maintain the park. The agency also has plans to host a puppet show at the park in August and is looking to organize an outdoor movie night."
Green teams??? Puppet show??? Movie night???
Kids will not volunteer to maintain the park. That job should be for city employees. A kid gets a cut or hurt and the city has a law suit on it's hands.
Puppet Show? Great. A two hour event for tykes will really help chase out the thugs.
Movie night is an invitation for the thugs to hang out, drink, smoke weed and disrupt the show. Also, are they going to frisk all attendees for weapons? They had better.
