No need to hop on the 7 train anymore, boys!

From Sunnyside Post:

Sunny Spa, a new Asian massage shop, has opened on 45-09 40th Street.

The store first came to this site’s attention by the placement of an “adult” classified ad placed by its proprietor on the website backpage.com (click for link)

When called, the owner of the spa was unable to communicate in English the services she was providing.

if only the IMF president Strauss-Kahn had this information,he would not be in Rikers Island now.

he is really at his wits" end" now.

maybe he can give some international and U.S. trillions to the gangbangers in the cell with him.

Right off Grand Avenue near JHS 78 on the side street is a massage shop - my friend who went in for a legit massage heard a what was going on in the next booth, and she said it was not cool.
Right across the stret from Duane Reade is a masage parlor for the feet????? Who is paying $45 for that???? Really - its hiding in plain sight.

Didn't they just build a mega asian whore house in college point with CB7 approval..Can I say that?

The "Magic Castle Spa" or something....in College Point.

Their shuttle vans can be seen in downtown Flushing picking up or returning customers.

How come these commercial vehicles don't have commercial license plates?

So, the "happy ending" comes to Sunnyside.

Rub-a-dub-dub....and yabba-dabba-doo!

What ever happened to the "happy family" item once featured on Cantonese/Chinese restaurant menus?

Anonymous said...

That "barber shop" (with blocked windows and locked door) is still operating on 164th Street off Crocheron.

Wasn't it raided once and found to be a whore house?

Where's the 109th PCT?

Getting their happy endings there in return for looking the other way?

And where's Dan Halloran?
Getting his there too?

When I asked if they served egg rolls, the owner unzipped my fly.

Maspeth Mom - Oh Oh are you friends in need? Getting special massage for women get good delivery guy work out special withor local delivery?

All over Bayside and Little Neck now, usually above storefronts. They are all over Craigslist, a cop buddy of mine says he and the DTs are told to "lay off" unless they get an assignment.

If they raided 1/10 of them it would be to many costly arrests, crime-stat numbers the mayor and his dog commissioner don't want.

--So without increased crime-stat numbers Queens police pct's are doing fine and don't need additional money for police overtime and prosecuting costs. More $$ for Manhattan :)

All you NIMBYS need to move.
There is nothing wrong with a guy wanting to get a massage.
Look at it as a wonderful and diverse asset to the community. Archie Bunker would have loved it.

I give up. How come?

If you check out the yelp reviews, spa castle sounds very legit.
Anyone know the law on plates required by passenger vans? I don't think commercial plates are needed, but maybe bus plates.

This hurts. We Flushing residents resent comparing a newcomer Sunnyside massage parlor to our very own established Flushing spas.
Flushing is tops.

Who cares if a guy wants to get a massage and a handie behind closed doors? Consenting adults are doing all sorts of things behind closed doors all around us, yet we don't think about it and it doesn't bother us, but if it is set up as a place of business people can't help but think about it and be offended.

There's one on top of Golden Liquors on Bell now. Makes me sick!

What's the sickening part? Do you peer in the window and watch? Does it also make you sick when two people meet in a bar on bell and go home with each other for a one night stand?

Most don't go home. (Married or have family there)
They go in the car or down LIRR tracks in the bushes.
Same sh*t in Great Neck, some of these Persian girls crack me up.

They re-dress and put on the skirts, heels, Cleopatra makeup in the LIRR bathrooms so the parents don't see !!!
They use a designated "cloths holder" with a huge wheel bag that meets them on the way back to undo the "transformation" before they go home.
The weekend trains on the Port Washington line have become a joke.
The Asian girls getting on and off around Flushing do the same thing BTW. God forbid you need to take a leak on any of those trains !

I wouldn't be so sure about the "consenting" part. Many of the women working in these places are little more than slaves being exploited. Google "sex trafficking" for more information.

Anonymous said...

Re: sex trafficking
If massage parlors were legal and licensed, this would not be such a problem.

No they're not. That's what the liberal left wants you to believe. I've represented them - they're NOT!

If so your a real Idiot Flushing has one of the highest rates of Human trafficking!!! Not to mention the diseases;-( Most of those girls are forced to work work there and when you get your so called Happy Ending its nothing but Rape!!!!

Queens Crapper said...

If it's "consensual" under the age of 18 it's rape.

Those who are really comfortable with these establishments in residential areas: fine. YOU buy the house next door and live there.

Since when has massaging feet parlors been associated with sex or prostitution? Can't a woman or man look forward to performing or having a big toe massage - it's the secret of the orient and these folks are non-discriminatory - they perform big toe services for everyone.

Anonymous said...

Do you know if Jets coach Rex Ryan has used their toe services?

SEX SLAVERY abounds in Queens...
and the Chinese seem to be the chief supplier of forbidden pleasures!

These rub joints DON'T PAY TAXES.

I don't think the IRS would consent to these consenting adults businesses doing that.

These customers are getting laid while NYC is getting fucked out of revenue!

Q.C. will have possibly prevented another human from contracting H.I.V OR AIDS. this disease is increasing in the n.y.c.area.

the former I.M.F. president( socialist/communist) is now under a more fatal threat, since the hotel maid might possibly be infected.
it is reported she lived at a building that rented exclusively to h.i.v./aids tenants.

Backpage is NOT an adult website, there is an adult section, and this is listed under “body rubs”, like hundreds of other businesses in Woodside,Sunnyside, Maspeth, etc.-that have the nerve to be open until 10pm. Do they post under “escorts”? No. Do they offer to provide illegal services? No. Are there pink neon signs, or suggestive female silhouettes in the window? No. Is “body rubbing/massage” legal? Yes. Could the wording be due to the fact that English is their second language, like at least 50% of the businesses in the “neighborhood”? Hmm-hmmm. Open your own business and mind it, then, everybody. The woman in the picture is not behind those doors-you can’t claim to be savvy or street wise-”I know what goes on in there” (and if so, how does a righteous person know?) and naive enough to think the picture represents the women inside. And unless you get in there and get a massage for yourself, the crime is only occurring in your dirty little hypocritical minds.

Queens Crapper said...

Massage is only legal in NYS if practiced by a NYS-licensed massage therapist.

Anonymous said...

How do you know they are not?

Queens Crapper said...

Licensed massage therapists don't work in rub joints and they would speak English when you call them.

Anonymous said...

Plenty of licensed drivers that cant speak English either. That doesn't mean much. And even if it is a rub joint, that doesn't mean they don't have a massage license.

Queens Crapper said...

The individual massage therapist needs a license, not the location.

New York licensed massage therapists have completed a massage training program, including the following:

courses in anatomy, physiology, neurology, myology (study of muscles and their function), pathology, hygiene, first aid, CPR, and infection control procedures

course work, training and practice in the theory and techniques of both oriental and western massage

In addition, New York massage therapists have passed a State licensing examination.

This requires English, genius.

Anonymous said...

Sounds like you could benefit from their services. Maybe they can take that stick out of your ass.
Here comes comment moderation enabled! LOL don't bother, this will be the only one.

I guess you can't take being proven wrong and have to resort to insults. Next time do a little research before posting and you won't reveal your ignorance.

Anonymous said...

Next time do a little research before posting and you won't reveal your ignorance.

What research have you done? Have you been there and confirmed that there is not one person with a massage license? I doubt you have.
Just because the person who answered the phone doesn't speak English, does that mean that there can't be anyone there who does?
You posted the story, but what research have you done?

Queens Crapper said...

I thought you weren't posting anymore? Liar.

Legitimate massage therapists do not advertise in the "adult entertainment" section of backpage with pictures of sexy girls. They also would advertise as "licensed massage therapist".

Do you really need more evidence than this?

Anonymous said...

Crapper keep up the good work !
You are 100% correct on this subject.
I cannot shop in downtown Flushing without being offered a "Massagee" from some old Asian person handing out the fliers with the address of the massage parlor.

Anonymous said...

Crappy - most massage therapists who are licensed work in high end spas or for doctors, hospitals, etc. there are a lot of massage therapists who work on the "down-low" who aren't prostitutes. And yeas, most are Asian and most work in "Tuinia" and "body-rub" and "back-rub" places. And the funny thing is, they're committing a serious crime, and "E" felony, just by offering their services, as opposed to prostitution, which is only an "A" misdemeanor.

But not very massage place is a front for prostitution nor is every Asian therapist a prostitute or a sex slave. Are there a few? Sure. You should watch this joke of a documentary on BBC, by some Irish chick who claims that every mail-order bride is a sex-slave and is trafficked. It gets real interesting, and then you see that they're just bored house-wives. Liberals love this crap because it makes white people look bad, and conservatives love this crap because it makes the religious right look good, when it fact it goes on everyday, everywhere. And it's nonsense.

I thought you weren't posting anymore? Liar.

I didn't mean I wasn't posting anymore, I meant I wasn't going to post anymore comments that I expected you to delete. I'm both surprised and glad you didn't.

It's my understanding, and no I don't know this firsthand, but a lot of those massage places in flushing are actually legit. Maybe not totally licensed legit, but not offering any "extras" legit.

Queens Crapper said...

In NYS, you can't offer massage and not be licensed. Case closed.

Anonymous said...

The world ends May 21, 2011, what better way to celebrate than with a happy ending!!!!

all the massage rub girls are getting waivers from obamacare.

"In NYS, you can't offer massage and not be licensed. Case closed."

Right - and when the NYS Office of Professional Discipline and the Attorney General catch all the unlicensed physicians, dentists, podiatrists and chiropractors (you know, the ones that can really hurt people, the ones that prey on illegal immigrants) then they'll go after all those evil massage therapists.

Queens Crapper said...

They go after "massage therapists" arrested for prostitution all the time. Advertising yourself as a massage therapist when you are not is a felony.

In any event it's a fact of life that folks need an outlet and the Maspeth foot massage maybe one of those places we suspect is more than foot massages. The bigger issue are these businesses hiding in plain site - say next door to your attached single family home - if it is watch out and read the next line:

25 years ago my parents lived next to a rented house with 2 women doing massages (polite term). The problem was their pimp was a local precienct cop. There was nothing we could do - noise all night, cars parked in driveways. I resorted to setting car seats on fire, flat tires etc to no avail. I call City Hall (Mayor Koch was getting massages then on Christopher St piers). Finally their good thing ended when the precinct Sargent stumbled out of the house on a balmy Friday late afternoon drunk in uniform and fell flat on his face. A single call to another precinct and a local paper ended the house of police protected massages with everyone arrested. All charges were eventually dropped and the renters quickly abandoned the house. That was a long steamy summer folks! Don't let it happen to you.

C'mon you too Gary Ackerman.

no matter how much you try to hide that fact.

Spend any good "Shanghai Nights" lately boys?

How many sexual favors do you get from your massage parlor advertising subscribers in exchange for a cut rate package?
