Paul Kerzner has been around forever and really cares.
Problem in Ridgewood is all these slobs and crazy sputnik hillbilly's.
Worse these Caribbean people, those family pool money, buy a house then paint the front door and sandstone steps lime green, pink, white and think it looks good
Hell they even paint over brick !!!
Crime is getting worse, the animals been ringing the doorbells of elderly people then push them inside with a gun and rob them.
For some reason the elderly cant see (or refuse to see) how much the neighborhood has sank into a 3rd world shithole and refuse to be careful answering doorbells.
If the black racist mayoral candidate is elected in November I'm going to sell the house on Seneca ave.
