From NBC:

Oh this is easy - replace the Board of Developers with educators and scholars and focus on programs and education instead of real estate.

free up plenty of money without tapping into the public purse.

Just like the traditional motion picture business,
THERE IS NO WAY BACK!

It's still great place for the "ill washed" to hang out in.

Stop creating overpaid Senior VP positions, and stop "CEO" Tom Galante from upgrading his title and salary. The Queens Library is too top heavy with administrators. Try treating the staff who work with the public all day long with some dignity and respect. Consolidate some branches and save both staff and money - you don't need a library every few blocks.

Suggestion: trash the "new Americans" program it's enabling illegal immigrants. No one attends the free ESL classes, they are too busy stealing jobs and scamming the welfare system to go to any free classes.

the QBPL will have more money when the New Americans program is gone. stop hiring illegal aliens. hire Americans the ones who were born here! give preference to citizens on any QBPL jobs.

Although the local libraries are pretty nice - the majority of them can not speak English!!!

They also can not help you find anything because they don't know anything about literature, history, American culture, etc. - they're not well-educated or well-read.

They also can't look anything up because they can't spell!!!!

Sorry - folks at Auburndale - you're all very nice but you're terrible librarians, except for the Eastern European woman - she's the only one worth dealing with!
