Queens bird migration is in full swing

The month of May is time for Spring migration in Queens and the rest of the Long Island region. 10,000 Birds has some shots of colorful birds that landed in Queens recently.
Some will stick around throughout the summer and breed, and some are just passing through, so if you want to see them, better head to a park near you soon.

Reminds me of that great series of Spring postings, Crapper, you did 2 years ago.

I have a bunch of Cardnal sets in the morning and around 4 PM.

Also nests with small blue eggs in my hemlocks. I dont see any parent birds however they do appear squealing. If you get to close they dive bomb right in with a loud scream & "poop" at me if I get to close
