At the corner of 104th Ave and Springfield Blvd is a nice old house with some crap growing in its yard. The crap is located at 104-07 & 104-09 Springfield Blvd. If anyone can explain how it is "unlawful" for the house to be occupied by more than one family, yet there be a basement apartment listed on the permit approved by the DOB, then please enlighten us.Oh wait, apparently even DOB is confused...
The view down the street isn't any better, either.
