If you're a Putz, you belong on the Mets

I'd like to meet the guy who will buy his jersey and walk around wearing it in public.

That's pronounced "puts"

At least he's not Rusty Kuntz

Too bad there's not a player with the last name "Hyman"!

I could actually see some "hipsters" wearing a "Putz" jersey, as some sort of "ironic" hipster humor.

The manufacturer should add an umlaut to the u.

I'm sure he only started pronouncing it "puts" after he met the first Jewish person who laughed at him.

Despite the name, I wonder how content Mr. Putz will be being the setup man, after being a top closer for all these years.

J.J. isn't the first Putz the Mets have had in the bullpen. Remember Doug Sisk?
