42-05 Parsons Boulevard in Flushing. Currently a through lot. Not very exciting at this point. But soon there will be a 14-family building where there was once a 1-family house. Is this really the smart way to promote growth - to overwhelm an area?

From 1 to 14 families......terrific!
That makes at least 13 more toilets backing up during the next storm surge.
Um the idea is not to promote growth or educate kids or to clean streets,
but to reward the construction industry for campaign donations that let the clubhouse make money
and to make as many potential tweeded out there to perpetuate the system.
next question....
ps - please, don't just go after Mayor Mike, its city council and the state level you need to go after - Mike did not vote for Jamaica upzoning last week....

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap
"The difference between dishonest and honest graft: for dishonest graft one worked solely for one's own interests, while for honest graft one pursued the interests of one's party, one's state, and one's personal interests all together." - George Washington Plunkitt

More work for clean-up contractors like myself.
Thanks Mayor Mike!

Sounds like the makings for an orgy.
Mayor Mike is the CAPTAIN OF HIS VESSEL (NYC...the municipal ship of state) and as such....
his first mate(s) is the city council etc.
Thus.....I hold the figurehead responsible for the actions of his crew! Any problems there...poster?
