Bayside Hills corner screwed twice

Rumor has it that the owner of the house at 50-20 216th Street in Bayside has passed away, leaving the house unfinished and abandoned. A special thank you goes out to the BSA for making this possible.

Not to worry. Some so called Asian "church" will take it and convert it. What I'd like to know is , where is the IRS, the Feds, and Homeland Security???

Anonymous one, you hit it right on turned head! Some Asian "church" will be built here and it will be an eyesore to the neighborhood! These Asians really have some balls! I don't care what anyone says, they fucked bayside over good! All our one family homes have become two family homes with four families in there, everything on northern Blvd is not even written in English anymore, It's becoming just as terrible looking as flushing! It's really gross around there anymore! I hate my neighborhood now....I grew up there, but now It's like a third world country's ciTy! The Asian people around me do not speak a word of English, don't shovel their walkways, don't maintain their properties, have garbage all over their yards, put up ugly statues in the front of their homes, have 4 families living in their "two family house", run drug rings and prostitution rings in their homes.....model minorities my ass! And Yes, all of the above I have seen around me! Just four years ago, they arrested these Asians up my block for selling drugs and Yes, we all know what goes on in flushing! Where is ins? How come they aren't doing their job properly?

There are so many Asian Church vans on the streets and in the driveways in Bayside. l Why do they need so many churches. They turn one family homes on quiet residential blocks into churches. And, they open up nurseries in one family homes as well. The parents drop off and pick up the kids at all different times. In some case, this includes Saturdays and Sundays.

There are far more cars on the streets than ever before. The schools are terribly overcrowded.

Why is it that the rules do not apply to the owners that rent illegal apartments? A crackdown is need instead of legalization of the aparments for both the landlords and the tenants.

Di Blasio will do not good == pm;u create more problems.

The law abiding citizens and taxpayers do not count in the grand scheme of things.

Anon #2, did you expect the cancer not to spread beyond Flushing?

LET'S TAKE BACK OUR NEIGHBORHOODS!! Report everything, don't let Asians or anyone get away with stuff not complying to law, buildings codes, etc. Keep pressure on councilmen, the BP and 311.
