Jamaica Estates not immune from crap

From Brownstoner Queens:

The 12,000-square-foot property at 177-30 Wexford Terrace, off Edgerton Boulevard, recently hit public records for $1,875,000. There is a gorgeous detached home on the property but we’re afraid it may be demolished soon.

Sure, start to make that area look like shit too. Since this house is situated on a a huge lot, lord knows what kind of crap will be put up there.

I hope the Asians don't buy it and turn it into a "church"!

Another group of self-righteous Queens hicks that thought landmark designation was not needed.

Sadly, it's part of the Jamaica Plan ... this is how it was advertised:

Take a Google Earth virtual stroll in Jamaica Estates and you will see lots of Queens Crap already there.

The developer is from Middle Neck Rd. in Great neck, probably one of those Persian Jewish developers.

Oh man this is sad. Queens residents need to understand two important words: landmarking and rezoning. Most of Queens hasn't been rezoned in forever maybe close to 80 years??? And residents don't want to speak up and demand changes. Get involved in civics and start calling and writing emails. We don't need more fedders specials. A lot of neighborhoods are worthy of landmarking districts and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Queens needs to be protected from further crappy development we have been hit bad enough.
