BUT THERE IS NOTHING LIKE CHRISTMAS IN NY.......
And a Crappy New year too all.
One of the nicest things about living in Queens: holiday lighting. At the darkest time of the year, upbeat positive illumination. BTW, I've yet to see any of these homeowners intrude on the public thoroughfares with their lights and decorations. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Not one homeowner's Christmas decorations, as far as I can see, blocking the public sidewalks.
