Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap

It gets worse. I'll have an update soon.
An idea just struck me.
Replace Civic Virtue with stocks, a pillory, a dunking stool--to punish our borough's crooked politicians.
What sport--and a good tourist attraction too!
Setting up guillotine in its place could also be considered. That extreme option, however, doesn't sit well with my sensitive nature.
Politicians need to be identified then publicly humiliated and punished for their crimes.
Alas--Queens seems abundant with shady pols.
I guess that being a backwoods borough--its woods are full of crooks--who have concealed themselves behind the pine trees.
A brazen few have even dared to take up residence in nearby borough hall.
Tsk, tsk, tsk. What are we to do?
How about a statue of Helen Marshall twerking Paul Vallone?
How about a statue with a woman slicing off a man's head and holding it up?
That last one was from a radical lesbian, no doubt.
How about a statue of Thelma and Louise?
