From Curbed:
This 12-story, 100-room hotel at 39-16 College Point Boulevard is now showing off its facade. Over the summer, construction was moving along and scaffolding was up. The architect is Michael Kang — interesting design, to say the least.
I think they should have left the scaffolding up. (The rendering is actually worse.)

Who is going to stay in a hotel in flushing? Beside for the superbowl. What a waste of space!
The superbowl?! How does that make any sense. You mean guys come to Flushing to watch the superbowl and hang with escorts?
Lol no.....the superbowl is in nj next year and hotel rooms are already sold out for that weekend. ...so they will find any place in nyc thats not sold out Thats what I mean!
