Mazeau Street's totally illegal Garage House keeps getting more blighted. Now we see a variety of vehicles parked on the "front lawn" area, including commercial vehicles in a residential zone.

When is the DOB going to pull the CO of the garage turned house? I'll bet the place has illegals living in it - is why?
There is no C of O.
The owner is likley getting $300 a month for each of those spaces. Big $$$ talks. DOB doesnt do anything unless somebody gets killed.
The judges and city dont want any more court cases and all these builders homowners and contractors know it
Ask the 104 to give it a summons for illegal parking lot. more than 3 cars=lot.. Don't believe that they can't do it.
That's not NYPD's jurisdiction, it's DOB.
NYPD gets involved only if they actually see someone crossing over an illegal curb cut.

MAYBE THE D.O.B. WILL FINALLY GET SOMEONE OVER HERE AND FINE ALL OF THEM. ONCE YOU BUILD A HOUSE ON THE LOT THAT WAS ONCE A GARAGE IT'S NO LONGER A LEGAL DRIVEWAY.. SECOND THE HOUSE SET BACK NEVER HAD A DRIVEWAY AND THEY JUST EXTENDED IT FROM THE OTHER CUTOUT. FOUR LANES OF PARKING AND THEY ALSO ALL PARK ON THE STREET. NOW THE OTHER HOUSE THAT IS YELLOW, SEPARATE FROM THESE TWO, FINISHED A BASEMENT AND EXTENDED SOMETHING IN THE BACK.. YEAH GREAT WORK DOB..
