Suspects sought in Far Rockaway robbery


NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking for four people who are wanted in connection with a jewelry store robbery in Queens.

The four suspects, two of them armed, held-up Gold Fashion Jewelry located at 2125 Mott Ave on November 28, according to police.

One of the victims in the store was thrown to the ground at gunpoint and handcuffed. Two other victims were taken at gunpoint to the rear of the store into the bathroom, police said. The four suspects then removed several trays of jewelry and money totaling an undetermined amount.

The suspects then fled down Mott Avenue. One suspect was described as wearing a navy blue Yankees jacket with a large Yankees emblem on the left chest and a patch on the left shoulder. All four suspects wore baseball hats; two of the suspects wore hoods over the hats.
