"Homeboy hookup" a scam

From Fox 5:

Ever hear of the homeboy hookup? It's part of a big scam on Craigslist involving apartments for rent. Arnold Diaz looked into the case and busted the scam wide open.

Arnold caught up with a guy who claims to be a landlord, but is really a con man advertising apartments he doesn't own. He lures people in with promises of low rent and free utilities.

Arnold. Arnold Diaz. You've been doing this for decades now. You're creaking. Isn't it time to retire? Deutzmann has more spring in his step and doesn't wear a suit and tie.

Mayor Bloomberg's plan to reduce crime: When someone reports a crime to the police have the police tell them that it is not a crime and hang up. This greatly reduces the number of reported crimes. No crimes being reported means you live in a safe city. Brilliant strategy from the smartest man on earth. We are so lucky to have him lead us.

Where's Al Sharpton? Jesse Jackson? Charles Baron?

Oh, I see, "whitey" is not the perpetrator here.

Move along, nothing to see here, folks.

That is why I refuse to use Craigslist even though people rave about their real estate listings.

As far as the race thing goes, re-read the Food Samaritan. It's often your own kind who'll get you in the end, and the strangest people can be your salvation.
