The Cooper Avenue underpass had some of the worst flooding last year. I think there was about 6 feet of water that accumulated there. And lots of areas of Glendale were hit too.
The photo may be obvious to most people, but the DEP and its stooge Jennifer Manley? The details will have to be spelled out in a 75,000 page report after a 25 year preliminary study.

Yes, and this city will probably experience a major weather system soon.But it will look nice on the news afterwards.Only in NYC...
