
Oops! The scaffolding is not up to code at
82-02 Grand Avenue in Elmhurst, and the "
not a new building" has been shut down again. It's too bad, too, because they have changed their original plan and are now supposedly constructing a
community center on the 2nd floor. We're waiting with bated breath to see which community will use this center, because it is currently owned by a private developer from Great Neck (where else?).
