Despite this, I am sure we'll still be handing out huge tax breaks to developers along with 30 year abatements to buyers.
Maybe we should have been offering more incentives to job creators, like those in the industrial areas, instead of converting those zones into condos.
We don't need native NYC workers
to fill jobs.... if there are any left to fill in 2008.
We've got under the radar Mexicans and the like
