Too much Finger Pointing and no Long Term Solutions.
The very tip of the iceberg in terms of school waste. The education budget should be cut in half. It would make zero difference in terms of results -- they suck now, they would suck with less budget. But the amount of graft and theft is insane, and honestly if they fired 80% of the administrators, nobody would notice a thing. Mostly make-work nothing jobs for the politically and racially connected.
