This new mayor proving himself useless at stopping crime! That was literally the whole reason he got his racist ass elected. But I knew he'd be useless cause its gonna take big brave chess moves to change the game. He doesnt have the balls cause he panders to the Leftoids.

The Sheeple had some hope with the new mayor coming in. They were fooled again. City is a fkn cesspool and he is clueless like the last Dope from Park Slope.

I wonder how many people in New York governance are realising "If we were competent enough to solve these problems, we wouldn't have allowed them in the first place".

Based on this video, there is plenty of space (both office and retail) that can be converted into homeless shelters. Just saying...

Libertarian or not, millions took the WEF bait.

While Marxist protesters across the country called to defund the police small stores were being destroyed while big box stores made billions ! I don't generally trust the corporate press and thanks to JQ for sharing this.

I’m a U.S. citizen, I’m not a citizen of the World Economic Forum.

Despite the internet eliminating brick and mortar, greedy commercial landlords will not cut a dime off the rent.

5 Walgreens now 1 Walgreen. 2 Supermarkets now 1 supermarket. Hangers and clothing tags from a local clothing store litter our sidewalk each week. Everywhere you hear they are closing because of theft.

A few decades ago Astoria was NY's greatest secret. You could pay $300 a month rent, have great food everywhere, and be in mid-town in 15 minutes.
The restaurant shacks are falling apart or make the area look crappy.

Hipster kids have no connection or interest in the community.

The old Greeks and Italians, who replaced the Germans and Irish, weren't the sharpest knives in the drawer and let their pols mine the heart out of the community. The older generation died off and the younger moved on or stayed back to squeeze more our of the community taking down nice old houses for flimsy crap.

(and Geoge - Ruby owns the building - one of the few holdevers which gives you a sense of what the community once was)

Rudy's Hobbies. Sparr's Antiques, and Parisi's Bakery are all that's left of the Old Astoria.

I liked it back 500 years ago when it was all trees.
It's been all downhill since then.

No there’s no connection between food trucks on every corner & in the middle of the block & restaurants closing ! The Democrats love 24 hour Food Trucks. They don’t pay brick & mortar rent & pay every one under the table. No connection at all with empty storefronts I tell you.

Yes indeed. The big corporate presstitutes now have a big problem on their hand.
Like accessory to murder.
Will be interesting...follow the Pfizer docs released under court order, 1291 side effects and the vax was approved? Hmmmm....will be interesting.
