I hate to say it but de Blasio has an outside shot, let's say Biden wraps up the Democratic nomination and picks Kamala Harris for VP, then Biden has to drop out (he is in his late 70's), Kamala becomes the presidential nominee and picks de Blasio for VP, there are other scenarios in which de Blasio becomes VP nominee, there are a lot of "ifs" but that is politics.

3. Institution of a plastic bag ban
4. Inclusion of ilegal immigrants into the free healthcare system
5. Free community college for illegal immigrants
6. Implementation of congestion pricing
7. Announcement of a new tax for building owners if they refuse to become more “eco-friendly”
8. Free Pre-K
9. Paid family leave
10. $15 minimum wage
Bill de Blasio has accomplished many promises that current Democrat candidates have made. The mayor has already signed into law the very same things that young liberals want on a national level. Bring out his wife and children to lock up the African American and minority vote.
I am not a liberal but I think de Blasio has a chance if he talks about his agenda, rather than Trumo bashing.
