What's it going to be?

What's it gonna be? A Queens jewel or Queens Crap? This construction site, 75-43 Parsons Boulevard is owned by Great Neck-based developer Mayflower Enterprise LLC. It posted two renderings on the construction wall. One shows a beautiful brick structure with a church bell tower on the corner. The yellowish rendering to the left, however shows a boring two-story commercial structure without any architectural flair. I wonder which one will we see by summer 2015.

Yes, the builder is the same as the people who are building hotels in Long Island City and in Fresh Meadows.

According to Document 6 for an Alteration 1 this is to be a day care center and house of worship.

Can the yellow rendering be the back of the building or the side? It seems to have the same windows and stores on the bottom. The bell tower could just be for the front of the building to make it look attractive.
