Mural upgrade in Jackson Heights
From DNA Info:
A neighborhood mural was redone last month and now features the borough's most famous superhero.
The "Queens Is The Future" mural on a handball court at I.S. 145 at Northern Boulevard and 80th Street was redone as part of a visit from the cast and crew of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," students said.
The mural now shows Spider-Man lifting a subway car, filled with students, as it rides next to the Statue of Liberty. There's also a bright orange and yellow sun, all within the original frame of the mural.
You can see what we thought of the original here.

The mural makes no sense. What is it trying to say? Why lift a subway car off its rails in Rockaway Beach? Why is one of the students raising his fist? Please explain its meaning?
Flooshing is the end of the line!!!
How do you play handball on that wall. How about keeping the murals to the sides of graffiti prone buildings.
Queens is not the future I sure to hell hope. It looks like something best forgotten from our past.
must be a NEW WORLD ORDER MASONIC message in there somewhere we need to ask a conspiracy theorists opinion like Alex Jones or David Icke God only knows what big brother has planned for us
it will look better when its covered in urine.
it still looks like the train derailed.if anything it predicted the F fiasco in woodside a few weeks ago.
Queens is the borough of the future — and always will be!
