make him pay a fine that hurts, jail time is a foolish policy. we need him back out in the workforce producing and contributing to society not sitting in prison paid for by tax payers.

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

Like Leona Helmsley and Martha Stewart, this is a crime that really is a defiance of equal protection under law and the social order.

A felony conviction and some jail time sends a message that the wealthiest need to hear occasionally.

Saw this piece on TV when it aired...absolutely disgracefull and without disregard for anything...an individual full of self importance...he needs to be humbled....a jail stint will help that attitude alot....A crime against nature is a crime against humanity...
