From the Daily News:With about 15,000 votes cast and roughly 100 pecent of the vote in - unofficially, that is - Assemblyman Jose Peralta had won the 13th SD special election in a landslide, according to his campaign, netting 66 percent of the vote to Hiram Monserrate's 27 percent and Republican Robert Beltrani's 7 percent.
