Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap

Sergey, great video. Very informative. And very smooth editing. The info just flowed smoothly.
(Put a logo on your mike. Blow your horn like the big shot news outfits do.)
Good job, Sergey! Pretty soon you'll be covering the foreclosures of the million-dollar McMansions in the Northeast.
Funny how the mainline preservation community is still stuck in yesterday: apologists on how to live with development.
Stuff like this doesn't even make their radar
Oh i get it: this doesn't happen in Brooklyn Heights so they don't care - and they are shareholders in those banks that exploit these communities.
In Cleveland this has been going on five or six years and the buildings are getting broken into, pipes stipped, and set on fire.
Less tax base. And the taxes left are used to tear down these trashed homes.
Look on the bright side. Better than using taxes to give develpers tax breaks and subsidize their projects.
I like Albert Baldeo's comments. He has the passion to fight for the community.
Thanks, everyone!
