
Back in January 2007, QC brought you the story of this
Revolting R-4 Residence. Of course, after getting caught, the developer was able to legalize
this building.

Now featuring a fresh coat of stucco! Doesn't it look just like the rendering (which, by the way, it still on the construction fence)?

The plans call for 9 apartments? I wonder if the builder is going to provide the 9 off-street parking spots he's required to put on the lot.
This is definitely "Not according to plans" == Don't know whether a complaint of "Exceeds scope of plans" would work, however.
