Ive walked by those two places and have no idea how they make a sale. Maybe its the proximity to the sprawling wasteland of the Sunnyside Railyards that is so appealing. I think if I was forced to choose I would rather live in the condo that has a front row view of the urban prairie growing on the Queens Plaza parking garage.
"I guess you would prefer abandoned factories and empty lots."
I read that manufacturing is making a comeback in NYC and there isn't enough space for those who want to expand or set up shop here. It's a shame they converted all those abandoned factories and empty lots into condos for assholes. They could have been put to good use.
I bet they would be begging for the developers orginal residential plan. ---
You know my friend, the path of history is littered with forgotten souls that thought they could shit on the public with impunity.
If you think you can stay immune, just go ahead, sucker, just go ahead. Maybe tempting fate will pass you... but I wound not bet on it .... but as you write like you are either a politician or developer you can't be too bright to start out with.

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap

They can build a factory on the St. Saviour's site, since the community supposedly doesn't want any houses there.
They can build a non-polluting factory as of right there.
Would that be poetic justic? I bet they would be begging for the developers orginal residential plan.
