Miss Heather is being attacked by a seller because she dared to post this opinion piece about 37 North Henry Street back in September. Face it, clown, you're peddling one ugly, steaming pile of Fedders doo doo.

Good for you Miss Heather. I enjoy seeing your postings.
Hey Brooklyn! Hey Bronx! Hey Staten Island! Lets see postings!
Why is it OK for Miss Heather to ridicule the building, but not for the owner to strike back? Free speech is free speech, regardless of whose side we might be on.
She called the building ugly. He called her ugly. Does he even know what she looks like? No. But we can see this steaming pile for ourselves. he also threatened to sue her for expressing her opinion that the building was ugly.
When Miss Heather made those comments, she neither contacted me (but she posted my phone #) or any of the homeowners who choose that building because of the interior features and the price. It was the most affordable unit in the area! Instead of judging on the outside, I invited miss heather to judge from the inside. (We wouldn't judge people that way) 2 times I contacted her, but she could not so much as email me back (although she did comment on this blog). In fairness all she had to do was contact me, and if she wants to be a judge of all things beautiful in the area, PUT YOURSELF OUTDOOR FOR ALL TO SEE. It's easy to hide behind the web, make comments and not give people an opportunity to respond.
Thanks for the update. Like I said, I am visible and reachable. My only issue, was that if say something, stand behind it. I did not post "anonymous" and defend the building, and I have not called anyone names, I simply asked for an opportunity to respond. The same way I'm confident you would feel...
Let me just say that I have insanely large nuts. I can say that because I have a life and things to do. I don't spend my time arguing on blogs about things that don't matter to make myself feel important. I have large nuts to do that. I'm going to go groom them now.
Italicized passages and many of the photos come from other websites. The links to these websites are provided within the posts.
Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap
"The difference between dishonest and honest graft: for dishonest graft one worked solely for one's own interests, while for honest graft one pursued the interests of one's party, one's state, and one's personal interests all together." - George Washington Plunkitt
The above organizations are recognized by Queens Crap as being beneficial to the city as a whole, by fighting to preserve the history and character of our neighborhoods. They are not connected to this website and the opinions presented here do not necessarily represent the positions of these organizations.
The comments left by posters to this site do not necessarily represent the views of the blogger or webmaster.

The post didn't get me interested in that ugly overpriced building in Brooklyn but I read--and enjoyed--another one of Miss Heather's columns!

Thanks crap monger, this is the busiest weekend my humble blog has ever had!

the building's walkway looks more like a bowling alley gutter.
