Mayor Big Slow decides to suspend in person learning at schools again a few days from re-opening

 Politico

New York City schools will not fully reopen on Monday as planned, Mayor Bill de Blasio said Thursday — agreeing to another delay in his push to bring back in-person education in the nation’s largest school district.

Teachers and principals had raised a host of objections to the city’s reopening plans, including safety concerns and a shortage of teachers.

“They had real concerns about specific things that had to be done to make sure our schools could effectively start,” de Blasio said.

Only pre-kindergarten, early education classes for 3-year-olds, and special education classes will open in person on Monday.

Elementary schools and K-8 schools will now open on Tuesday, Sept. 29. Middle and high schools will open on Thursday, Oct. 1.

That cheesy photoshop? A children's book I'm working on.

UFT doesn't feel like working.
Money is good anyway. Hoping for a big bailout once Creeper is in office.

Check out this AOC lunacy

Progressives can control the Creeper.
That's the idea.

Sounds a lot like those "15 day emergencies" most states' Gauleiters declared 6 long months ago and counting. Who knows? Maybe by mid decade those 15 days will finally be up at the rate these useless turds are operating.

Going to make remote computer learning a universal standard and convert the schools to huge shelters and housing. This way he can distribute and balance these problem people, jailbirds and pregnant single moms of 5+ into every neighborhood.
The gears are turning behind closed doors, Its coming at gunpoint. No different (perhaps worse)then the socialists did in Amsterdam, Sweden and the Ukraine.
Then bars will appear on windows of on every home and the working class will be the prisoner's.
Once such an anchor bomb is dropped all the stupid dumb sheep New York City voters are f_cked for good. They were not smart enough to see all this coming.
The greatest city in the world completely destroyed without 1 shot fired by a handful of people.
Its the biggest shame in history, worse then what Romans did when they elected to open the gates and allow all the worlds shit in.

Complete inertia and lack of leadership. I guess one could say his balls are gone, if he ever had them.

Not sure about that. They earn their position the old fashioned Tammany Hall way.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tammany_Hall

"After Fernando Wood's losing reelection run for U.S. Congress in 1842, he left politics for a while to work on his shipping business. A power vacuum of sorts existed through the 1840s for Tammany Hall, which became dominated with fights between political and basically street gangs fighting over turf. These gangs included the Dead Rabbits, the Bowery Boys, Mike Walsh's Spartan Association, the Roach Guards, the Plug Uglies, the Wide-Awakes, and Captain Isaiah Rynders' Empire Club. Rynders was the leader of Tammany's Sixth Ward and a member of the General Committee who was also said to have been responsible for coordinating all political-related gang activity. Many of these leaders coordinated their activities from saloons, which became a target of prohibitionists and reformers."
