"The realtor is trying to sell it through false advertising - it was rezoned to R4A in the North Flushing rezoning back in April.
It is a big piece of property, so under R4A they could get in 7 houses on a cul-de-sac or a large community facility. However, that price is outta hand and totally unrealistic." - anonymous
