Wet wipes that increasing numbers of New Yorkers are using instead of toilet paper are clogging the city’s sewer system — and now the City Council is mulling a crackdown.
A bill to be introduced Thursday by Councilmen Donovan Richards (D-Queens) and Antonio Reynoso (D-Brooklyn) would ban advertising or labeling the moist toilet wipes as “flushable.”

Liu's post-it note ruse
Apparently, Johnny's volunteers have been going door-to-door, and when no one answers, they place these post-it notes to make them think that the candidate himself stopped by, when he actually didn't.
